Clarins Beauty Flash Balm

I first decided to purchase the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm after having it recommended to me by my sister, who happens to look almost 10 years younger than she actually is, so of course I was going to try it out! haha.

This product is recommended for normal, dry, combination and oily skin and is described as “The ultimate pick-me-up for tired, stressed skin — Clarins best-selling radiance maker helps eliminate signs of fatigue in a flash! Instantly moisturizes, brightens and tightens facial contours so skin looks rested and relaxed. Olive and Witch Hazel extracts help smooth the skin’s surface, diffusing the look of lines and wrinkles. Soothing Bisabolol helps restore skin’s youthful glow. Preps skin for perfect make-up application and hours of luminous wear. ”

I have used this product as a general day to day moisturiser, a makeup primer and I have also been known to mix this product with my foundation for a lighter coverage and I always get compliments on my skin when I do this!

I have also used this product as a face mask, just by applying the product thicker than I would my normal moisturiser and leaving it on for 15 – 30 minutes. It does leave the skin feeling really soft and the Clarins website recommends doing this 2 – 3 times per week.

I’m currently on my 4th tube of Clarins Beauty Flash Balm and will definitely keep purchasing! I have also been interested in trying the Clarins Double Serum Complete Age Control Concentrate for a while now, so if I like that I will definitely do a blog post on that too.

If you live in Australia you can go into your local David Jones, Myer or MECCA store and ask for a sample to try before you buy. Also, keep an eye out in Myer and David Jones (or if you live overseas, any of your local department stores that have a Clarins counter) for any “Gift with Purchase” offers as they do have them every now and then!
